'Out-breath' or 'Lowest'
Exhausted, the lowest possible state of energy. A sluggish and lethargic state, this could be used to play someone incredibly fatigued, or oppressed. Can be acheived by concentrating on the out breath and creating a feeling of heaviness in the body
'California'
Still quite a low energy level, but with a more positive feeling. More of a 'chilled out' sort of feeling rather than the negative exhaustion of 'out breath'. Associated maybe with feelings of contentment.
'Neutral'
As the name implies, a neutral state of energy in which there is no implication of mood. This is an energy system in which your facial expression and pace tells no story, and suggests no conflict, hence the name ‘neutral’
'Bomb in the Room'
Twitchy, agitated, fidgeting, as if asking the question 'is there a bomb in the room'. Can often be observed in people walking down the street or on public transport. Try imagining that a friend is late to meet you, and the feelings of agitation that arise as they get later and later.
'Tragedy'
The highest energy level. Can be explored by using speed or holding the highest amount of tension possible in the body. This state is also sometimes referred to as 'rigormortis', because of the high amout of bodily tenison associated with this state of intensity
